What is the OGGO Mindset?

Obtaining the OGGO Mindset in its simplest terms is “waking up” and saying yes to life, whatever that looks like and however life decides to “show up” for us. When we become fully immersed and integrated into the OGGO Mindset we can find peace in every aspect of our lives. We learn to be “ok” with all things in life. We become able to accept people, places, things and circumstances as they present themselves to us in the present moment. We become mindful of our thoughts and how those thoughts sometimes trap us in the illusion of time. We become aware that our thinking, EGO mind tends to dwell in the regrets of the past which causes us to feel depression or is busy trying to manipulate the future so life will show up to our liking which causes us to feel anxiety. When we are in the OGGO Mindset, we learn to spend the majority of our time living in the present moment which is the only place peace, love, joy, happiness, compassion and gratitude exists.

We accomplish this by identifying our past trauma, current life situations, and destructive thinking patterns to help us come to grips with our “fixed way of being.” We then embark on a journey to find a “reversal of thought” and a new way of “being” in the world. This is when true inspiration and dare I say miracles enter our lives allowing us to live a life we never thought possible. We have a choice to either wake up or remain in a state of unconsciousness. Waking up and keeping ourselves awake brings a fullness to our lives and causes a ripple effect of happiness to those around us. 

The OGGO Mindset moves us away from the EGO Mindset which is the source of all of our problems. Wake up today and live a big, full life!
